Bunta Bar is the new kid on the block. It is fun and quirky. Seated in the kernel of Janpath, this place takes you on a roller coaster ride back to your childhood, reminiscing the days when after playing for hours under the scorching summer sun, you were greeted with a pleasant summer cooler, popularly known as Bunta. Aah that sharp piercing cry out to your friends still resonates in the ears - ‘Bunta wala bhaiyaa agaya’!

Bunta Bar in the capital city is the right place to be in to rekindle those treasured memories. The ambience is vibrant and interior is spacious. Bunta bottles are found everywhere. Flock into here to expect nothing less than tongue-tickling drinks and mouth-crackling Indian snacks – it has upped the delicious quotient of Delhi restaurants and bars.

Start your evenings with Babaji Ki Booti, Pehchan Kon and Baba Ramdev – they are served in cute-looking tea pots, and are high on taste. Next, savor your taste buds with their signature Bunta cocktails in the flavors of Kala Khatta Vodka and Aam Panna Bunta. To say the least, they were equally good but not less.

Just because it is a bar, don’t think the food served will be of okayish standard. In fact, the food menu is full of eccentricities; pure desi touch is found in every dish rolled out from the kitchen. In starters, try to order Chakna Platter, Mangodi Vada and Baigan Bharta taco and for main course, treat yourself with Rajha Chilli Pork, Kasundi Fish and Mutton Curry. The dishes are cooked to perfection, the fish is so succulent that it simply melts in your mouth and the mutton is also decently cooked to exude out the rich flavors.
